Family promotion

As of January 1st, the accessory promotions have been updated. When purchasing an Urban Arrow Family or FamilyNext, customers will now receive a free Raincover Plus (worth €379). This promotion is valid until July 1st, 2026.

For new orders, the raincovers will be delivered to your shop along with the bikes. This means you no longer need to request them via the form below for newly ordered bicycles.

Do you still have bikes in stock from 2025? When selling a bike from your current stock, you can still claim a Raincover Plus using the standard claim form below. You can find all the details regarding this process on the dealer portal.

Please note that the requested raincovers through this form will be sent out once a month.

The information required to request the package:

• Frame number of the bicycle sold

• Email-adress

• Purchase invoice of the consumer

• Purchase invoice date

• Dealer name

• Dealer customer number

If required, you can specify a different delivery address.

Upon approval, the package will be processed and shipped to you free of charge within 7 working days.

Entries will be reviewed and processed until the 14th of July 2026 for the Urban Arrow FamilyNext frame numbers delivered to you, with an invoice date between the 1st of September 2025 and 1st of July 2026. We will apply a maximum of 2 days’ grace on these dates. Please be aware: Purchase invoice dates will be checked.
